As an actor, Jess’s directing style is a gift. She is both clear in what she wants and open to the ideas of all which is exactly the mix you want in a team leader. Jessica is very relatable, wildly witty, and makes everyone feel at ease. She takes her job seriously and exchanged emails with the playwright to get a better insight into the play. Her ideas seemed to never end, and if something didn’t work, she would come up with something even better. She made it fun for us while moving the cast forward at a consistent and healthy pace.
